Who makes this stuff? 

The Spooky Haus is a queer artist collective representing transgender and gender non-conforming artists. Our collective’s operations are centered in the Bay Area, and most of our member artists reside in the East Bay or San Francisco.  Our artists are primarily self-taught, working across a wide array of mediums with a particular focus on functional and wearable art pieces.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes, all earrings are made with either 18k gold filled findings or sterling silver plated findings. 

Can I put a sticker on my car?

Absolutely! All of our stickers are printed on vinyl and then laminated for protection against scratches, UV exposure, and weather. They are waterproof, and rated for 5+ years outdoor use. 

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes! Gift cards for our online store are available here. 

When will my order be shipped?

We generally send out orders twice a week, so you can usually expect your order to ship within 2-4 business. A few of our items are made to order, and it can take up to two additional weeks for us to fulfill and ship these orders. 

Can I shop in-person? 

We vend at events around the Bay Area nearly every weekend. Follow us on Instagram to find out what our next street fair or craft market will be. 

I saw something at a market but I can’t find it on the website!

We are adding new product listings regularly. However, many of our products are one-of-a-kind. Unique items, such as upcycled clothing, are typically not listed on our website. If you saw something at our booth that isn’t listed on our website, please reach out. If that item is still available (or just hasn’t been added to our website yet), we’re happy to arrange a special order for you. In the case of resin and leather goods, we might even be able to recreate a unique piece for you. 

Do you take commissions?

Yes! We totally take commissions! A few of our items, such as our leather goods, are only available as custom commission pieces. For anything else you’d like to commission, such as laser-cut acrylic earrings or resin pins, please reach out using our contact form. Please be aware that the lead time on orders containing commissioned pieces includes up to two additional weeks on top of our standard 2-4 weekday lead time for fulfilling and shipping orders. For example, that means that the soonest a custom order placed on Friday the 13th will ship out is Monday the 30th. 

Do you sell wholesale?

I entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. How can I update my information after placing an order? 

Please reach out as soon as possible by sending us an email or filling out this contact form. 

What's your return policy?

We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out via email or our contact form and we'll do whatever we can to make it right!
